A male or female team member will work individually to complete as many reps as possible in each grid.  At any point, the team member may tag another team member in to complete reps.  The team will have 2 mins in each grid to accumulate maximum reps. Substitutions must be male then female or female then male depending on who starts first.

 

For 2 Man Teams
