WOD #1: “2 + Luke”
Part 1 | 2RM Shoulder to Overhead
4:00 + 1:00 Rest
Athletes and teams will establish a maximum weight of a two rep shoulder to overhead lift. Barbell starts on the ground. You will have 4 minutes to establish your 2RM and 1 minute of rest prior to beginning part 2.
Part 2 | Lift Up Austism WOD “Luke”
5:00 AMRAP
4 Power Cleans – Rx (155/105), Scaled (115/75)
24 Double Unders – Scaled will sub 12 Air Squats
10 Pull-Ups – Scaled will sub 10 Hand-Release Push-ups
WOD #2: “Floater WOD”
The Floater
Athletes will sign up to complete the floater WOD at their time of choice. The floater will not be announced ahead of time, however… Here’s a hint: it will be short, fast, and single modality!
WOD #3: “2011 RWOD Mod”
